2. Services Provided
Camorry offers an online platform for customers to upload images and have them printed as vintage film aesthetic prints, memory frames, and personalized photo products, which will be delivered to their provided address.
3. Placing Orders
To place an order, you must submit an image that complies with our image guidelines (no offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content). Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. Customization options for frames, layouts, and themes are available as per the product listings.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We will make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, and government restrictions). We currently ship across India.
5. Returns and Refunds
As each order is customized, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof of damage or defect is required for processing a replacement.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data (name, address, contact details) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take the protection of your data seriously and comply with the Indian IT Act, 2000, and GDPR guidelines where applicable.
